New Kitchen Garden Windows Are Not In Yet
The kitchen garden windows that were ordered from the neighborhood hand man have not come in yet. I knew that I should not have prepaid him. He will probably end up skipping town with my money and I will never see him again. The strange thing about the whole situation is that my neighbor down the street had just had new basement windows put in by him and she said that he was fast and did a great job. Maybe it is not his fault; I should just call and ask him.
When I do finally get a hold of him to see if the kitchen garden windows have even been ordered, I am going to ask him if it normally takes as long as it seems to be. I will also mention my neighbor and her new basement windows and ask why it is that she had hers ordered and installed all in less than two weeks.
Since my kitchen garden windows are very odd sizes I am just going to assume that it takes longer to make them. I would go ahead and let the customer know that if I was him though because it makes him look very unprofessional. If the whole thing ends up working out then I will think about using him again but if it takes too much more time then I would not use him or recommend him to anyone else.
